Cass Lintott founded Lintott Law in 2013. Our firm serves the needs of residents, businesses and lending institutions throughout Alberta, with a particular focus on Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane and Canmore. We love the area and are passionate about using the law to benefit our clients in the community. Mr. Lintott is also visible as a public presenter who is keen on sharing legal knowledge about various areas of law.

Lintott Law

Cass Lintott – Lawyer

Founder of Lintott Law, Cass graduated from the University of Alberta with his Bachelor of Arts in 1999, from the University of Saskatchewan with his Juris Doctor (Doctor of Laws) in 2003 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2004.

After articling at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, he joined the firm Yuzda, Schuster & Bresky LLP as an associate. Later he became a partner of that firm and its successor, YSL Lawyers LLP.

Cass is also a member of the Canadian Franchise Association and Canadian Bar Association, former and current co-chair of the Calgary Foreclosure Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and was instrumental in the creation of the Court’s Foreclosure Fees and Disbursements Guideline. He has given numerous presentations to various groups in the areas of Franchising, Foreclosure and Mortgage Fraud. Cass currently also acts as Section Coordinator (South) for the Canadian Bar Association.

Rhonda Grenier – Manager of Foreclosure Services, Foreclosure and Real Estate Paralegal

Rhonda Grenier has been working in the legal industry since 2002 with experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Litigation and Foreclosures.

Linda Pratt – Foreclosure Paralegal

Linda Pratt has been working in the legal industry since 1982 with experience in Foreclosure, Corporate Law, Banking, Collections, Matrimonial, and Wills and Estates.

Janice Rohl – Foreclosure Paralegal

Janice Rohl has been working in the legal industry since 1980 with experience in Foreclosures, Corporate Law, Wills, Estates, Tax, Litigation, Collections, Mediation and Arbitration, Securities and Marketing.

Toni Swiatkowski – Foreclosure and Real Estate Paralegal

Toni Swiatkowski has been working in the legal industry since 2011 with experience in Residential Real Estate and Foreclosures.

Taylor Le – Litigation and Foreclosure Paralegal
