Cass Lintott founded Lintott Law in 2013. Our firm serves the needs of residents, businesses and lending institutions in Alberta, with a particular focus on Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane and Canmore. We love the area and are passionate about using the law to benefit our clients in the community. Mr. Lintott is also visible as a public presenter who is keen on sharing legal knowledge about various areas of law.

Cass Lintott - Lawyer

Founder of Lintott Law, Cass graduated from the University of Alberta with his Bachelor of Arts in 1999, from the University of Saskatchewan with his Juris Doctor (Doctor of Laws) in 2003 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2004.

After articling at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, he joined the firm Yuzda, Schuster & Bresky LLP as an associate. Later he became a partner of that firm and its successor, YSL Lawyers LLP.

Cass is also a member of the Canadian Franchise Association and Canadian Bar Association and former co-chair of the Calgary Foreclosure Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and was instrumental in the creation of the Court's Foreclosure Fees and Disbursements Guideline. He has given numerous presentations to various groups in the areas of franchising, foreclosure and mortgage fraud.

Lindsay Rydl

Lindsay graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2008, from the University of Calgary with her Juris Doctor in 2014, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in January, 2016.

After articling at Reich Law, she joined the firm as an associate, practicing primarily in the areas of residential real estate and foreclosures. In 2018 she completed a contract position with a national firm in downtown Calgary, focusing primarily on commercial real estate and foreclosures. 

Lindsay is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and a former member of the Foreclosures Subsection and a former member of the executive committee for the Calgary Residential Real Estate Subsection. Lindsay was also a member of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association.
She actively volunteers for Pro Bono Law Alberta's Queen's Bench Amicus Program and is a former volunteer with Student Legal Assistance.

Linda Pratt - Manager of Foreclosure Services

Linda has been working in the legal industry since 1982 with experience in foreclosure, corporate, corporate commercial, banking, collections, matrimonial, and wills and estates.

Teresa Daunais - Real Estate Paralegal

Teresa has been working in the legal industry since 1995 with experience in residential and commercial real estate, collections, litigation and foreclosures.

Karen Pennie - Corporate Paralegal

Karen has been working in the legal industry since 1988 with experience in accounting and incorporations.

Rhonda Grenier - Foreclosure & Real Estate Paralegal

Rhonda has been working in the legal industry since 2002 with experience in residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, litigation and foreclosures.
